We purchased our last car at Massey, after shopping around at several local dealerships. (Like others), they carry more than just Cadillacs...
The sales rep that dealt with us was very friendly, and never put us under any pressure at any time. He showed us around, answered our questions in a professional manner, let us see as many different cars as we wanted, and was in NO way the stereotypical "high-pressure" car salesman! And THAT was the final selling point that made us decide on Massey, that they did not push at all to try to "sell" us - they showed us anything we wanted to see & helped us out in every way possible, but never got pushy at all! That, along with the fact that we found a car we really liked, and the price was within our budget.
While waiting on some of the paperwork to get finished, the sales rep made sure we were comfortable, brought us coffee & cold drinks, and food. Not that we had to wait very long anyway, but he was very courteous and treated us as if our comfort/pleasure really did matter to him.
