I live nearby this location and tonight will be my last visit, ever. The drive up crew is more concerned with getting you out of their sight than making sure your order is correct. I ordered about as basic of a meal as one could want from arbys. a beef and cheddar combo. got a dry ass sandwich with no cheese or arby sauce, looked like whoever made it punched it after wrapping it up. Little advice for the folks there, a customer would rather wait an extra minute and get the right stuff they paid for than get rushed through the process and end up with some BS plain sandwich, and a half order of fries. I am going to have to go back out and get something else for dinner after paying over 10 dollars for this POS excuse for "good mood food"
Never again. I heard the chain was having money issues, I hope they go under with a quickness. I should have went to mcdonalds, at least I know what to expect and get what I paid for.
