I manage rental property for one of the largest real estate management firms in the area. I first met Bob Peterson while standing in line at the bank almost 20 years ago. I remember that day. Bob was helping an older woman understand a plumbing issue while standing in a long line at the bank.
I've used Bob Peterson an average of three times a month for almost 20 years. I make every effort to accompany service people who work in our properties, because number one I like to get to know people better. I've been an eye witness to Bob Peterson and his work more than than 500 times. The variety of repairs and maintenance that Bob has done for us includes anything you can imagine. He has literally done dozens of the same jobs over and over. I believe Bob's track record is flawless. He always shows up, shows up on time and does fast, about perfect work that holds up longer.
I know Bob stays busy. Bob's only limit is that he can't be in more place at a time. At times we have had more than one plumbing project or there an emergency situation that I have had to use another plumber from time to time.
Of the five plumbing companies I have seen I consider Bob Peterson the fastest, the most dependable and the best that I've seen. When I have a choice I use Bob Peterson. Put another way, unless it's an extreme emergency it can wait for Bob.
I have no problem putting Bob on my A team list of most highly recommended contractors
