A Implant Nightmare that is with me 24 hours a day!!!
In March 2010, a Dentist by the name of Dr. Lapsi removed my lower and upper teeth and put (8) implants in, 4 in my upper jaw and 4 in the lower jaw. Out of the 8 implants (6) were put in wrong. At that time I didn't know to much about implants, which I wish I would of did more research before I had it done. About 6 or 7 months after I had this done I was not comfortable with what he had done. A lawyer called me and ask me to go and have a CT X-ray done. THAT'S when I found out Dr. Lapsi did not even have a CT Machine, which show's how much bone you have before a implant procedures is done. Dr. Lapsi didn't even do any bone graft when he put my implants in, that's why 6 out of my 8 implants are not in correctly. The last 3 months has been a nightmare.... i've been having really bad anxiety, discomfort, I can't sleep at night ( one of the lower implants is coming out of my gum and rubbing agaist my lower lip and making it raw. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else he's put implants into. Dr. Lapsi did not refund all my money (I have all my receipts) At this time I do have a wonderful new Dentist who is repairing my upper implants, but I don't have the money to repair the bottom implants that Dr. Lapsi has damaged..... not a day goes by that I'm not hurting, can't eat the food I use to..... I'm so unhappy, hard to go out in public, lost 15 lbs. and I have really bad anxiety all the time. I'm not a bad person, all I want is my life back!! Please pray for me!
