Good grief - could the women employees at this location please stop yelling and screaming across the store not to mention the goofing off. Their customer service is a joke....yesterday afternoon I was in line with 5 people and there was 1 person on drive-thru and 1 person on the line making drinks but, what really got me was the short, heavyset woman putting together the new signage and decorating behind the line. You would think she would have stopped to assist her co-workers due to the people in line but, she continued to work on putting together her new pricing "signs" ...upon my return today to the same store that same woman was behind the line making drinks. A customer knocked over her coffee on the counter and that same employee gave the customer a dirty bar towel to wipe up the mess while she stood there watching. The customer was obviously embarressed and the employee didn't do anything to help matters. I sat at one the tables doing some work for about an hour and as the only customer in the store the ladies continued to laugh, yell and carry on as if they were alone. Wow, I'd love corporate to walk into this store sometime....I will say the store is clean, picked up and organized but, the employees really need to stop their playtime during work hours.
