Review content:
I have been seeing the doctors at Craft Chiropractic Center in Charlotte MI now for about a year. Both doctors have been very compassionate towards my back pain, helpful and knowledgable with my fibromyalia and arthritis problems - however I still experience back pain, and headaches. The back pain will be an on going problem, the headaches are getting better. I was still going to Craft once a week until last appointment where I was once again forgot in the waiting room (it has happened twice) - to where I have been left to sit in the waiting area for up to an hour watching patients after patients come in and get escorted to a room shortly after they have signed in, get treatment and leave. I have good insurance so I don't think it is a money issue that I kept getting forgot, I think it is poor planning on the reception desk. The office seems just too busy and the appointments are set too close together causing congestion in the office. I'm sure there have been others besides myself that has had this experience at Craft. Too bad because I really liked the care I was getting, and I believe that chiropractic care is benifical to health care, but I think I will be looking for a new Chiropractic office in the Charlotte area.
