We are so glad that we found Dr Padolsky. He and his staff are wonderful. He is very intelligent and caring. He used his knowledge to figure out what was wrong with me and what could be done to help me. He was so concerned about me as a person that he and his assistant Tyler stayed late so that the appliance I needed was made the same day so that my family and I did not have to make an extra trip back since we lived 4 hours away. Him and Tyler took all the time we needed, which was at least 4hrs, to make sure we understood my problem, options I had, and the expected outcome. He even saved my husband a trip to an allergy doctor when my husband asked him about a problem he had with his ear and gave him information that has solved his problem. I am so happy to find someone that understood my TMJ problem and that I can get relief by following his simple instructions for at least 6 weeks. I had been having migraines every day for the last 3 months and it’s only been 4 days and I haven’t had a migraine the last 3 days and I can tell that the appliance and following his instructions is the reason.
We very much appreciated John, who did all he could to get us financing and was able to get us a year interest free.
I also appreciate the way he and the rest of his staff showed special interest in my son and took time to listen to him.
Dr. Padolsky and Tyler were so easy to talk to and took such good care of us that when we left we felt more like friends than clients. I look forward to my next visit.
