The first time we walked into the office to get an appointment for a consult we were immediately served with a smile and positive atmosphere. My Son 13, was very nervous about getting braces and didn't know what to expect. Dr. Garlitz and his staff treated him with such respect and explained everything they were doing at all times. There are no closed doors in this office to make you nervous, you as a parent are encouraged to come sit by your child during any and all procedures. This is one thing we truly appreciated being able to do, and if you need too drop your child off and run an errand that is ok too. We have had such a positive experience in this office and would highly recommend Dr. Garlitz and his team to any one at any age! Needless to say that Dr. Garlitz was the first office we visited for a consult and decided we didn't need to go any where else and that he was the perfect fit for our Orthodontist needs! We are very happy with the results of the Sure Smile and the entire office of Dr. Garlitz!! Angie went above and beyond to help us when we needed it the most! Thank You Angie!
