I was always an uneasy dental patient. The smell of the office and the sound of a drill just set my nerves on edge. After my last (married) dentist literally planned a weekend getaway with his hygeinist while drilling in my mouth, I stopped going to the dentist for almost 10 years. When it became necessary, my dental insurance recommended Dr. McMahon. I went with the fear and expectations of my previous experiences. I have been in awe of the professionalism and friendliness of not only Dr. McMahon, but his entire staff. You are the primary concern for this office. They work hard to put you at ease and treat you with dignity and respect. Over time, they become friends that you see every 6 months. Dr. McMahon ensure that at no time during the treatment that you feel any discomfort or pain. His office staff checks with the insurance company to see what they cover, how much your copay will be and advise you of your options for payment before you even schedule the procedures. When the hygienist introduce you to the office staff, they stay by your side until you are comfortable talking that person alone. If you want your hygienist by your side the whole time, she stands by your side. I have never received such excellence of care at any other dental facility.
