I have been a patient of Dr. Dean's for years and have always had a pleasant experience. I have had routine work, crowns, and some cosmetic work done. Each time the work was explained, the cost was accurate, and the results "exceeded expectations!" So, when I was asked to fill out the customer care survey, I couldn't answer "exceeded exptations" because that is what I have come to expect at each and every visit with Dr. Dean and his staff. I can't imagine what more a dental office could do to satisfy their clients!
