This place must being doing great because they certainly don't need my business. I was in there this past weekend and spent twenty minutes on the showroom floor looking for information and ready to purchase. I didn't get as much as a simple hello from anyone and during that time saw only one person helping with what looked like a nice flow of potential customers coming and going. I've been in there before and there's something off putting about their vibe. After leaving we went over to Park Avenue Bike in Victor and got an incredibly helpful salesperson who spent an half hour with us explaining and testing different models. I just got off the phone with RV&E and they quoted me a price $65 higher than Park Avenue for the exact same make and model!! And Dan, the guy who answered the phone kept try to insist that I come down to the store instead of simply quoting me their price.... that's what phone's are for idiot!!! No-brainer.... RV&E is NOT worthy of your time or business!!!
