Unfortunately the new male pharmacist has managed to lose my business permanently. He is arrogant, rude and apparently does not care about customer satisfaction. He is not even open to meeting customers half-way. Due to his obnoxious behavior, I will close all of my accounts and transfer them to another drug store. Too bad Snouder's is no longer open in Oyster Bay! He should start treating his customers with more respect. Kudos to the female pharmacist that works there, she is a pleasure to deal with.
