I came into All Care Veterinary Hospital under the worst of circumstances. My dog had just been hit by a car, and visiting the area, I did not know where a vet was. A good Samaritan stopped and led me right to their parking lot. Dr. Grossbard and the entire staff were amazing. I knew my dog died right next to me in the parking lot, and though they couldn't help him, they were immensly considerate, respectful, and compassionate with me and my dog. Having just opened, their facility was clean and tidy. They were exemplary in being gentle with me and offered me generous options to take care of my beloved dog, Knuckles. They made the best of the worst of circumstances, and were compassionate and professional beyond mesure. It has been over a month, and when I work in the bay area, I have comfort in knowing they will be there to take care of my dogs' needs in the future and mine! If they weren't so far away from my home, they would definately be my regular vet! They are not as prominate as some of the other options in the area, but quick, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. They didn't even charge me, though I did take them up on their reasonable offer for having Knuckles cremated. ... One parting note; they were thoughtful enough to call me a few days after this to see if I was OK! Your pets are in good hands if you visit them!
