Review content:
I have been a patient of Boyd OBGYN for 10 years now. Dana has delivered 2 daughters for me and she is great! Dr Boyd removed my ovary last December, and that went ok. I am now pregnant with my 3rd child and not too impressed with the quality of the care. I have called a few times to speak with a nurse and do not receive a call back for many hours and or days.For one of those calls I was told to take Benedryl for my allergies, but it makes me very sleepy, so the nurse told me to get Non Drowsy Benedryl, which a pharmicist told me does not exist.Then when you call back to tell them that, you have to wait another 4hours to talk to someone. It's very frustrating for me because I have gone there for so long and I don't want to go anywhere else but I don't feel very well taken care of. Maybe they are short staffed, or maybe they have too many patients.Something has changed in the last few years and I will probably be looking for a new dr.
