Review content:
I purchased a car from Ray Cooksey through Craigslist based on photos and his description and his word. He did not deliver what was in the pictures and later told me the were broken and removed after originally telling me everything was in working order. When questioned after I received the car, he promised to ship the parts, when they didn't arrive, I contacted the Better Business Bureau after Ray stopped answering. Through the BBB he offered a refund of $150 to settle, when that didn't arrive, I again contacted the BBB again and Ray Cooksey just flat out failed to do what he promised. Based on the 2 good reviews I trusted Ray Cooksey to deliver the car he advertised in photos, descriptions and his promises. In the end he could only deliver part of what was promised and soured the deal by being dishonest.
