Good store, has pretty good selection, but I have found lately many employees do NOT want to be bothered with helping customers, or even polite conversation while they are at the register. My last trip there, I was looking for modeling clay materials. On finding a very limited supply in the children's section, I asked the floor person if this is all they have. She replied, rather annoyed, "I'm not sure... I think so" and walked away. Upon wandering around, I located the Fimo and mold making supplies in the ART section. When I was ready, I was checked out by the same girl. I told her, "Oh, I found the clay supplies; they are in the art section, in case anyone asks again." She replied disinterestedly, "I'd still never remember." I have run into similar "don't care" attitude alot there lately. Too bad Michael's went out of business down the street.
