Good: I liked that Marlena (the owner) "seemed" to understand what we needed as for a detailed cleaning.. Bad: The lady's that Marlena sent ( of which I used her service a handful of times) did not understand me and when I went to correct or show them what they missed they had attitudes with me. I also did not like the fact that Marlena would send different people alot of the time. Marlena also charged per hour per person and not by the job. So some ladys would be laxed in cleaning and take smoke breaks.. Improvements: Fluent english, or at least tell the ladies exactly what we need as for cleaning. And don't give me some story about "ITS HARD WORK" and that sometimes they are tired and forget!. Other: Marlena is hard to get a hold of, she sends you to voicemail often and can NEVER really accomadate your schedule -HENSE her sending different people to your home. Also, the ladies (not all- but a few of them) have a careless attitude while cleaning, they are loud, carelessly move furniture (that can be moved like table chairs). They even scratched my hardwood cherry floors in my bedroom by carelessly moving my nightstand. They often forget little things, like wiping down the fans and light fixtures..
