Good: A customer service Rep actually answered the phone. There reservation process made it easy and I was able to have a receipt right after submitting my reservation. Non shared ride in a very nice, clean, comfortable town car. No up charging or round about prices. They set a flat rate and I do not have to stare at a meter running the bill up in traffice congested times. The price in my opinion was really inexpensive compared to most I had priced.. Bad: Though I liked there reservation process, the reservation form was a bit lengthy. However, I only had to fill it out once because they keep you on file so I guess that is the biggest plus for me as a business traveler.. Improvements: I would like to see them put more vehicles and drivers on the road so they don't get sold out as fast.. Other: Keep up the great service. It is so hard in this city at times to find a reliable service..
