Go to this dealership. These people make buying a car downright pleasant. Duy ("Dewey") really listened to what I wanted and found the right car for me. It was easy to reach a fair price. (I had shopped at another dealership before I went to Toyota of Gladstone and was not able to get what I thought was a fair price at the other dealership, so it was refreshing to work with Duy and Sean at Gladstone.) Everyone I encountered at this dealership was courteous. The customer service was so outstanding, all I can say is it surpasses anything I have ever experienced anywhere else. If I ever need another car in the future, I will return to Toyota of Gladstone.
