Review content:
I decided to have my baby at Holy Spirit because it was convenient. Despite what I heard from a few of my friends, I thought I would give it a try. I can now say with one hundred percent certainty that I will NEVER have another baby here, NOR will I recommend this hospital to anyone. A few of my friends are expecting and I already advised them against having their baby here. I will continue to warn everyone I know. Granted, some of the nurses are sweet. Those that helped deliver my baby were very helpful. After I gave birth, I had to get stitches. Luckily my husband is here, because I can hardly make it to the bathroom without assistance. Having said that, when my baby made a mess in his diaper, I was forced to call a nurse to help change him. When she came in, I explained that he had made a mess in his diaper. Her response, "Well then you need to change it." Considering how difficult it is to even stand with the swelling and bleeding, changing a diaper is not something I could even be capable of. Regardless, the nursing staff is supposed to be helpful.
