These people are con artists. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau as a result of having multiple complaints filed against them that have been unanswered. Do NOT trust these people and do not trust these reviews as they were probably planted by people affiliated with this scam. We were charged $120 for 10 minutes of work and the stain WAS NOT removed. Because I signed what I thought was a receipt, I was legally bound to pay because on the back of the receipt is a laundry list of terms and conditions forcing me to pay. There is even a clause that states even if the "contract" is found unlawful or invalid - the person who signed will still have to pay. Please go to a company that is registered with the BBB as this company operates under a multitude of different names, with different phone numbers, all leading to the same person. They gave us an estimate of $75 and tried to charge $170. Cleaning California Carpets, CarpetcareLA, carpetcarecalifornia are all under the same umbrella and probably many more
