If I could give less than one star I would. They used to be good, but their customer service is deplorable at best and condescending and prevaricating at its worst. Took a suitcase in that they sold me to have the broken zipper repaired. Paid $125. Went to pack for my trip after the bag was "fixed" and the zipper was still broken. Took the bag back -- got arguments that they had fixed it, all evidence to the contrary. Just went to pick it up -- was charged an additional $80 for something that should have been fixed in the first place. Was met wit recalcitrance, rudeness and the nadir of anything resembling customer service. Save your time and money and shop at Zappos. Better selection, lower prices and excellent customer service. Too bad, it used to be a good store where I would willingly pay more for what used to be customer service. Avoid them at all costs.
