This is different from all the other weight loss programs, because Dr. Aron takes into consideration your genetics and background. She acknowledges that some may have to work harder than others in order to lose the same amount of weight, there are no dellusions. Unlike other weight loss programs that basically give you a generic weight loss program regardless of your weight history and genetics.
