Review content:
Not really a 5-star dealer but they deserve 4 stars because they helped me ALOT. I wanted a BMW X5 and had searched all over the Internet, had been to TWO OTHER DEALERS where, once I got there they told me I didn't qualify for the "ad price" because of my credit. So all of a sudden it's $3000 more then they start adding fees and I wound up at $5000 more. I bit that bullet because I wanted the car but in the end, those dealers could not get me approved without a cosigner. So...I started calling around. This time I asked about fees and explained my credit situation. Some dealers were honest, some were not. Finally I called KG which is not that close to my house but they had a nice 2006 X5 at a great price. I asked on the phone and they were honest about my credit but they told me they had a lot of pull with the banks. It took longer than expected but THEY GOT ME APPROVED. The salesman Rick was really nice and straightforward. The bank itself (Santander) charged me some fees but I got my X5. I'm only not giving it 5 stars because during the process it was SOO HARD to get an answer on the phone about my approval. After, they explained that it takes time and maybe I am nitpicking because they are very busy but maybe ALL dealers should do more customer service. Overall it was a great experience though. Honest, great prices, car was like new-for real.
