Very professional dealership. As always I walk into a dealership with the expectation of meeting pushy sales associates that talk circles around me and make me feel like I misled them if I didn't buy a car. I made a few different trips to Oakland Volkswagen and left without buying a car and to my surprise the Salesman did not make me feel guilty for "wasting their time". Due to this, when I was ready and felt like I had taken the appropriate time to research the car I wanted, I returned and was able to pick out the car that I was looking for, for a great price.
