Review content:
We have had the pleasure of working with Cheryl Talbot on two different occasions during the last two years. She makes the search for real estate and its purchase a fun experience. How? She is energetic and enthusiastic. She was attentive to our buying criteria, showing us the types of properties that we have specified, and the homes were always in the price range that we gave her. She knows the market are well and has answers, or quickly obtains answers, to our questions. Cheryl is also creative and gave us ideas about how to maximize the value of a particular property. We have purchased nine homes in seven different cities and have therefore worked with many different real estate agents. Cheryl Talbot is truly a professional agent, one we would highly recommend to others.
