Good: Great people, excellent service. They told me everything up front, so I did not find any surprises.. Bad: They did not offer me a drink and it was hot. Improvements: May be a cleaner area while I waited fr all the paperwork. Other: They financed me when no one else wanted to finance me. I got the car I like it and want it. I was able to test drive the car and take it to my mechanic. All I can say is thank you for helping me and thank you for giving me another chance. After one month and one trip to California and another one to Minnesota the car runs like new!.
