"My wife and I had researched dozens of different SUVs and after weighing options (saftey and price being most important) we choose a Kia Sorento. We also test drove several different manufactures models.
The Kia dealership near our home (Waukesha) were we test drove the Sorento left such a bad taste in our mouths we almost considered our 2nd choice. Thats when a friend told us to go see Josh B @ Rossen on 27th street. It was out of our way but thought it couldn't hurt.
What a difference a knowledgable salesman can make. We were greeted at our car and then escorted to meet Josh by friendly people. Josh pointed out features and REBATES we qulified for that the other place never even mentioned ? We never felt pressured to buy or commit to a deal. What we didn't tell Josh is we did our homework and knew what we were willing to pay. We were very happy when the price quoted us was right there (the other place wasn't even in the ball park ? Long story short we bought our new car on the spot. I was surprised when we were all done, ready to leave, the owner came and said thank you to us.
I would highly recommend Josh Bohlman to anyone who would listen. He was the only salesman who seemed interested in showing us what we wanted and not what he had to sell."
