I live just north of Seattle and needed plumbing done for an upper floor bath leaking into a lower floor bath. When I had some difficulty with my initial visit - Robin called me and did everything in his power to make everything right. He refunded a charge, came at the exact hour I needed (and not in a "window"). He came at the same time as the plumber (Brett) and walked through the diagnosis/order with the plumber. Brett did a fast, clean job; cleaned up after himself; removed my old toilet gratis (even though I didn't buy the tub from Roto-Rooter); and gave me a discount. I'm not sure I would have gone back to R-R if Robin hadn't called and made sure I had the best service!
