I just wanted to commend you for the excellent service I received last Friday. I thought I was having a flat tire, so I went straight to the Tire Shop. Even though you all were busy, Jamie graciously agreed to have someone take a look at the car. Your mechanic, Andrew, went above and beyond the call of duty both in diagnosing the problem (missing caliper slide pin bolts) and in doing everything necessary to have the problem corrected immediately. Thank you so much for the courteous, professional services I received. I truly appreciate it.
