Review content:
I get my car serviced here regularly and for the most part, I think they do a good job. The service writers do try and get an occasional upsell in here and there but for the most part, they let me know the difference between the manufacturer's recommended service and the dealership's recommended service, and then I make the decision on whether I get the extra service. Wait times range from quick to long, depending on the day and time, but their time estimates are usually accurate. I've not had any problems with the quality of their work and I think that's important as I've heard some horror stories from friends about other places.
