"I LOVE THE PICTURES. MY 23 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAD HER PHOTOS
TAKEN AT ARNOLD CLARK IN 2002.
BUT RECENTLY MY X TOOK MY 18 YEAR OLD SR. FOR HIS PHOTOS.
I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANY PICTURES AT ALL UNLESS I PAID HALF. I AM VERY POOR. I ONLY MADE 7000; LAST YEAR. I AM IN COLLEGE. I TOOK 175; OUT OF MY SAVINGS SO I WOULD AT LEAST GET SR PICTURES. Arnold c larks RAN MY CREDIT CARD AND REFUSE
TO GIVE ME MY SHARE OF MY PICTURES. THEY WILL GIVE THEM ONLY TO MY X HUSBAND. ALSO THEY TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE A RECEIPT
YET I DO NOT GET ONE . FOR ALL I KNOW THEY SENT MY CREDIT CARD INFO TO MY X HUSBAND. SO I SAY GOOD PHOTOS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED TWICE. WORSE YET I HAVE TO PAY YET ANOTHER 135. 300. GETS ME 1 8X10 11 WALLETS AND 2 5X7
AND THEY WONT GIVE ME MY SHARE OF MY PICTURES OR A RECEIPT. HELP"
