I have a son who needed an apartment near 23rd ave and Dunlap (The Art and Culinary Institute on the SE corner) and looked at over 8 possible choices within walking distance. Dunlap Squares was the best choice for my son for several reasons. For one, the proximity to the school couldn't be beat. The leasing staff was knowledgable, informative and cooperative. They stood behind their lease offer and were not pushy. When the apartment didn't meet acceptable standards they immediately corrected the issues. In their defense, it wasn't ready to be shown and we were informed prior to viewing. With the experience I have had so far with this Apt. Complex I would recommend Dunlap Squares to any first time renter. I will provide a six month review to validate or correct this review.
