Review content:
I used this business recently to mail 2 small, lighweight packages to neighboring states via regular post mode. I was surprised to find that the packages took well over a week (in fact almost 2 wks) to reach the destinations. They got there intact, but patrons should be aware that delivery is easily twice as long as mailing via USPS. Also, the staff was very abrupt & lacking in appropriate customer service finesse, They treated me as if I was an intrusion & inconvenience thrust upon them- and I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time, w/ only 2 small parcels to mail!. Would hate to see how they handle a crowd of customers waiting in line for service- or a customer arriving w/ several larger packages! You'd think in these tough economic times they'd be thankful just to have business coming in the door and grateful to have jobs. But if so, I sure didn't see any remote indication of this! For starters, I'd recommend some remedial customer service training at minimum, and perhaps being forthright in informing customers that their package delivery may take a longer than normally expected.
