Guess who is so kindly alerting you that the negative reviews on here are fake? The owner of this business, Dr. Tracy Wood. I am a CUSTOMER, not a disgruntled employee. I detailed an experience I had with them back in August, and guess what? The owner removed my post. I didn't use any offensive language or violate any listing policies, I just shared my experience. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE RUNNING A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!! ONLY WHEN I THREATENED TO CONTACT THE ATTOURNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AS WELL AS THE MEDIA DID I GET A RESPONSE AND A REFUND. DO NOT LET THIS BUSINESS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS. Keep deleting my posts AHR, and I will report YOU for abuse!!!!!
