Businiess name:  Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
Review by:  Guest
Review content:
Don't mind paying for the service, but $378 for two hours' work is a lot of $$ - given the times we're living in. $250 would have been much more reasonable and I think fair - given that they did get a Master Plumber out to our house the same day. (Details: a contractor was using a nail gun to attach new base boards in our living room. One of the nails hit the cooper hot water linebelow the floor and water spewed into our new furnace. Main water line was shut off. Called Roto Rooter who had a Master Plumber there in 2 hours. It took awhile to figure out how to repair given the location and how exactly he was going to get to the joint where the nail hit the copper line. Ended up drilling hole in the floor of our vanity in our main bathroom and repairing from there. Very pleased with the service and the work as well as the solution to the problem. Kind of wished I made $189 an hour though! But, we had running water and hot showers.
