I wanted to give you an update on the beach condo that you remodeled for us five years ago. You did such a great job on the place from top to bottom. If you recall, the remodel included; moving walls to change a bedroom into an expanded living area, completely redoing the kitchen, scraping the old acoustic ceilings, retexturing, & adding new paint & flooring. Recently, we purchased a place one block away from the one that you worked on. We were forced to put our place on the market in the midst of this real estate slump. Even though there were several units in the complex that had been sitting there unsold for months, we were able to sell ours in two weeks. It fetched the highest price of any sale in the complex over the past year. Many people who came to the intial open house commented that we had the nicest condo in the 200 unit complex. The remodel helped us sell it.
