Businiess name:  Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer And Drain Services
Review by:  z v.
Review content:
First I would ignore the 15 or so 5 star reviews filed by the Arnold employees. Thery are brief and glowing enough to be suspect. Had multiple items including tub spout replacement, antique faucet repacking and wall drains to be fixed for a high end price of $400. Original estimate was gradually exceeded with each visit and plumber was dismissed when I realized the completion cost was going to be twice that originally estimated. I mean... really... come on -$180/ for a tub spout replacement that took approx, 15 mins and I supplied the spout, I got a black rubber compression fitting with exposed hose clamps for my pedestal lav., I thought it was some sort of joke, this type fitting is for the basement, not for exposed hardware on an expensive pedestal lav in a main bath. Bottom line as others have noted, outlandish prices, and once you are into a project with pieces and parts laying around and half done, added costs. Best to let them go away at this point and straighten out the mess yourself or hire an $85/ hr plumber- you will be much better off.
