Great service! My car is well taken care of when I bring it to Herzog-Meier. I recommend making an appointment for your Vee Dub with their auto center. You're pretty much assigned to a service advisor every time you get your services done here.My service advisor is very helpful and talks through every concern you have with your car (from pricing to tasks that they recommend for the maintenance of your automotive). I usually call in to make an appointment with my service advisor. The night before my appointment, I drop off my car so that they can get a start on it the next morning throughout the day. My advisor calls me around lunch-ish or early afternoon to let me know the status of my car. I pick it up at the end of the day and go home a happy camper.That's usually how the service cycle goes for my Vee Dub and I haven't had a problem with my car after I've had their services. My only pet peeve is that they make you take off your key chain so they have just have your key fob. I guess I have this issue because it's a hassle for me to just take off my light, cute key chain. But nonetheless, I'd recommend this place to anyone who is looking for service. They're legit.
