I was looking for a truck and met Chuck Wade however 3 days later I was layed off. Chuck called me from time to time to see how things were with my family even though I was not in the market to purchase a truck. However 6 months later when I finally was back on my feet Chuck helped me find the right truck for right price. Chuck never tried to over sell me but understood my situation. I will always do buisness with hagerstown ford because it felt like I was more than a single sale but a family. Thank you Chuck Wade
