Review content:
My wife and I just bought 2010 Town and Country from Karl Malone Toyota and the experience was great! Dave, the sales manager was upfront on all aspects of the sale of the vehicle, and the benefits and drawbacks of getting a Chrysler over a Toyota. He explained his "Love Triangle" analogy, then proceeded to find a car on the lot that would work with our particular financial situation. He recommended the Town and Country, and we test drove it with Weston, also a great salesman. He answered all of our questions, and let the car sell itself. We decided to go with that van. From the very beginning, the fair values for our trade in, and the van were presented. No haggle, no bullshit. From that point, we moved to Ti, the financing guy. He was enthusiastic and made a promise that we wouldn't hear from him until he either got the financing the dealership agreed to, or got a better deal. He kept that promise, and in fact, got a better deal for us, lower interest rates, lower monthly payment and an extended warranty on the car while lowering the cost of the car by another 1000 dollars. I've researched the cost of the vehicle and we got it for a little less than the average selling price. We also got a little more than the average for our trade in. This dealership truly values the philosophy of Win/Win. They weren't compelled to be fair, the were fair because it's just how they do business. I'm going back for my next vehicle. I recommend it to ANYONE!
