went in today after 22 years yearly exams and glasses/contacts asking if i could purchase a pair of contacts as my new insurance kicks in, in 2 weeks. They refused saying I must have and pay for an exam today vs letting me wait 2 weeks. after pleading with them and trying to get my 22 yrs to count for something they refused to let me and said i have to pay for exam and 6 month supply. I in turn let them know if I must pay I will go somewhere else, which I went to WalMarts optical and got the service. I also let them know I would be posting negative reviews on web due to service but they seemed not to care. Spend your $$ somewhere else, you are not appreciated, just a number at Luck Optical.
