The worst place to live. Nancy is deceiving she welcomes you nicely, but once she gets you to sign the lease she wont be as nice anymore. I have lived alot of place and always gotten my deposit back. Tanager creek sued me for living cooking odor behind and get this I was living in tanager for almost 4years. Of course i cooked like any normal family, they made it sound in court as though i used to cook dead cats and dogs and billed me close to $ 1600. Of course the judge sided with me and i worn the case.Make sure to read the lease before you sign it says " you will be billed for cooking odor when you move. So if you chose to live there make sure not to cook at all or else they will see you in court.
