Dr. Nick Penna has made the orthodonic experience not only something that my child has benefitted from medically and cosmetically, but also a monthly visit that we look forward to. Upon entering the busy office the patient and the parent are greeted by an appointment staff that is always gracious and glad that you are there. While waiting to be seen it is not uncommon to see Dr. Penna greeting various patients and inquire about how they are progressing. Parents are also greeted by Dr. Penna. Dr. Penna often meets with parents as groups in the waiting area to share with them how they can help with their childs progress and success in the orthodonic progress. When I had specific questions regarding my childs progress Dr. Penna took the time to show me x-rays and what seemed to be an engineers drawing of her mouth, skull and jaw. I clearly understood how everything was, how ideally would be when the process was complete and the steps and estimated time to get us where we wanted to be. On numerous occasions I have personally witnessed Dr. Penna take the time to visit with parents so that they could understand what was happening and going to happen to their child. Dr. Penna's expertise and his genuine concern for others truly has enhanced the lives of many. Dr. Penna not only corrects medical conditions, but he also helps everyone to have a positive self image. The smiles these children take away will enhance their self esteem and hopefully the positive experience at Dr. Nick Penna's office will help them to realize that they are special and valuable individuals. Anyone who spends time at Dr. Penna's office realized that this man is doing what he was meant to be. I believe that it may truly be the best place that some of the patients see all day. They leave the office encouraged and better than when they arrived.
