I met with, Sherrie Banta, the health insurance specialist in Donna Randolph's office to learn more about the type of health insurance they offer. She was so friendly and helpful and above all really knowledgeable about the product. She gave me real life examples of how the coverages worked so I could better understand how it would work for me. While I didn't change companies that decision had nothing to do with the Every time I'm in Donna Randolph State Farm Insurance, I'm impressed with the atmosphere of the office. It's lovely to look at for starters, and it's an interesting combination of welcoming warmth, and focused professionalism. Everyone seems happy and relaxed to be there and they are ready to help. It's not just business that's conducted, it's real care and concern for everyone who walks into that office. Donna Randolph State Farm Insurance is a remarkable business! Donna herself is an inspiration. She's quick witted, unfailingly enthusiastic, always welcoming as well as hard working and professional. I unhesitatingly referred my sister's family to Donna and they are very satisfied with the personal and professional service they received.
