We recently just stayed one night at this hotel, and have no complaints at all. I had an appointment at Johns Hopkins, and Best Western offered the best Hopkins rate. I have to admit, after reading the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. I did read about the renovations, so I did ask for a room that had been renovated. We had no problem finding the hotel. There were huge signs posted because of the bus terminal. They provided free transportation to the Harbor and back and also to Johns Hopkins. Parking was free, which is a big difference from hotels in the Harbor. Staff was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean. We didn't have time to try their complimentary breakfast because of my appointment, so I cannot comment on the food. I have several visits to make to Hopkins, so I know we will be a frequent visitor.
