Avoid this dishonest business and deceptive person. My sister used to work for Franklin and this is a simple warning. He is a very manipulative and dishonest man. It was common practice for Franklin to bully his employees and use fear and intimidation as his primary means of management. He is a very unhappy man that is intent on making everyone around him pay for his own low self esteem. He coerced several of his employees to write fake reviews online and he also writes fake reviews for himself. In addition he hired a company to write fake press releases and reviews to improve his results on google. His intent is to get patients in and immediately bill as much as he can in the first few visits. It is common to tell patients not to worry about their insurance and then if the insurance doesn't pay the inflated bill, the patient will get a surprise bill in the mail. His methods used to manipulate patients into costly treatment plans are highly dubious. As a former patient commented in another online review, he takes x-rays ... person.
