Had an oil change. I am sure it was an innocent mistake but according to the mechanic who had to fix their mess, they left the O ring off the oil filter when they installed it. 10 days after the service my car starts spewing oil. Had it towed to mechanic. The car is 12 yrs old and I was afraid to drive it. I never thought it was the oil service until the mechanic told me. Contacted Grease Monkey HQ and they ignored me. Called again and the General Manager of the location told me too bad. I should have called them first. Offered me nothing and was extraordinarily rude about it. Wow! These guys are rip offs. Run, don't walk to anywhere else to get your car serviced. They only want to find a way out of any responsibility at all and insult your intelligence in the meantime. I had the receipts for both Grease Monkey and the new oil and filter change done 12 days later. Total Scammers!
