Review content:
It pains me to have to write this review! But I can’t believe the flowers were the wrong color! My wedding colors were hot pink and orange—I got PURPLE and orange. (And Linda tried to convince me that the purple flowers I got were in fact hot pink.)
I really thought that Linda and I were on the same page. I gave her paint chips and a picture of the flowers I wanted (with a few tweaks—no hydrangeas and add gerbera daisies). I didn’t sleep well the first 3 nights after my wedding because I kept waking up angry that my flowers were ruined. It breaks my heart every time I look at my pictures. I’m grateful that the photographer was able to Photoshop some of my pictures, but now the flowers look dull.
They did refund 10% and gave me a $200 gift card to try to make up for the problem. But it can’t make up for the fact that everything else on my wedding day was perfect, but my flowers were heartbreakingly wrong. It's 6 months later and I'm still angry that every time I look at pictures (even the ones that have been photoshopped), I remember that I spent over $1,300 on the those stupid, wrong flowers.
If it were not for the wrong color problem, this would have been a glowing review. Linda was nice to work with and suggested flowers that fit my budget. (Although keep in mind how much delivery costs.) I liked how it was a big shop so if one person was sick, another person could step in.
But in the end, I have to say—DON’T USE Karin’s Florists.
