I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Alvarez and his crew for the past 12 years. They have performed all the work in the two homes in which we have lived during that period of time. Mr. Alvarez and his crew have completed all tasks in a professional and careful manner.
Examples of some of the work Mr. Alvarez and his crew have completed over the years for our family follow: interior painting of an entire 4500 sq ft home; full bath reconstruction - including new walls, tub surround tiling, floor tiling, installation of new vanity/stone vanity top, and installation of all plumbing fixtures and accessories; construction of elegant, floor-to-ceiling, built-in bookcases with a combination of wood and glass shelves and recessed lighting; removal/replacement of exterior window surrounds for an entire house; complete caulking and painting of all Hardie exterior siding and exterior woodwork; repair or replacement of a plethora of plumbing fixtures over the years; customization of all lighting complete with dimmers; proper prep/installation of marble flooring/tile flooring; installation of attic flooring in both houses; installation of 3 water heaters in two houses; and, new construction/surface finishing of an attractive deck. As evidenced by the examples above, Mr. Alvarez and his crew possess a set of versatile professional skills beyond merely painting - making it unnecessary to hire a set of individual professionals to achieve separate tasks. This crew works conscientiously and they are completely trustworthy. I recommend the Bright Paint crew without reservation.
